Sarah Shahi was an American actor best known as the main character on Life the show on television. Her parents were an Iranian father and Spanish mother Shahi's mixed lineage has helped expand her vision beyond the boundaries of religion and geography. Her most famous role is as Sara Tancredi (with co-star Wentworth Miller in Prison Break) and Lori Grimes as Lori Grimes in AMC's The Walking Dead. Maxim voted her one of the most beautiful females for the fall of television 2008. Callies made the move to New York City in 2003, and soon landed her first television role. The role she played was Kate O'Malley on Queens Supreme. The first time she was in the spotlight, it was as the detective Jane Porter on The WB's Tarzan.
